I know what it feels like to be faced with work related issues as an hourly worker and salaried manager. You can be doing your job with no problems and then you may find yourself in an emotional "Nightmare"
You may also find yourself having to effectively navigate through unfair company policies and you cannot trust your manager or the human resource management systems or processes that have been outdated in most States for decades.
As a business owner I also know the challenges companies face with retaining and motivating good employees, managing labor turnover and how unwanted turnover can negatively affect the success of a company.
After over 40 years in management and seeing the lack of compassion, consideration and insight that some companies and upper management had for the countless employees that I was responsible for managing and motivating on a daily basis.
I've decided to alter direction and change my focus.

My advocacy process is designed to empower people with best practice next steps when faced with employment At-Will work related issues and to provide management with a alternative human resource process to retain good employees.
